Lord of Grace Lutheran Church

Looking for a great group of people you can worship with? Visit the Lord of Grace Lutheran Church. It is located on Cortaro Rd where it meets Ina on the NW side of town. There is a pre-school, adult bible classes, sunday school for the kids and we even put together a softball team. Once you visit us you will know you made the right choice. The church offers two services on Sunday. One at 8:15 and one at 10:45. You decide which one is right for you.

Bra's

Did you know you are supposed to wear a new bra every 4 to 6 months? Yes that is right according to the "bra" experts. To get and obtain the right look you should buy a new bra when the old one starts to wear due to washing. This causes stretching and the fit can be altered. So those of you that have bra's for years, you know where they need to go. Check out the NBC Today show for more info. This is where I got the news from.

Dry skin 101

Tip for today. Don't wash your face in the morning. Doing so will rinse away the skin's protective oils. Instead, refresh skin with a cleansing cloth infused with a moisturizing ingredient. No only that, she actually knows what she is doing unlike many other hair stylists I have come across. Designs by Diana is located at 3821 W. Costco Drive #117. Right opposite the gas pumps in the Costco shopping plaza. This is also a day spa which offers many other services like pedicures and waxing. I found this business to be clean and very professional. My experience has been great and if you decide to take advantage of the great service then I think you will be very satisfied.

Beauty 101-Eye Brows

Tweeze your brows right after you shower. Your skin is soft and the hairs pull out more easily. Use a white eyeliner pencil to mark the shape of your brows before tweezing. Slanted tweezers grab coarse hairs better than pointed ones do and are gentler on the skin. Apply brow powder with a small angled short bristle brush to help you follow the shape of your brow. Make sure you trim the long brow hairs with a spooley brush by combing the brow hair straight, and keep the brush in place at the top of your brow. Hold brow scissors in your opposite hand, and snip hairs that extend about the brush. Be careful, cutting too much can flatten your arch. If possible, when shopping for a brow powder or pencil, test it right on your brows. The natural color of your brows will alter the look of the pencil or powder.
