Hair Affairs & more
Keep looking for the right hair stylist? Well look no further. I have found her at Designs by Diana. Ask for Cyndi. She is friendly and listens to what you want. No only that, she actually knows what she is doing unlike many other hair stylists I have come across. Designs by Diana is located at 3821 W. Costco Drive #117. Right opposite the gas pumps in the Costco shopping plaza. This is also a day spa which offers many other services like pedicures and waxing. I found this business to be clean and very professional. My experience has been great and if you decide to take advantage of the great service then I think you will be very satisfied.

Beauty 101-Eye Brows
Tweeze your brows right after you shower. Your skin is soft and the hairs pull out more easily. Use a white eyeliner pencil to mark the shape of your brows before tweezing. Slanted tweezers grab coarse hairs better than pointed ones do and are gentler on the skin. Apply brow powder with a small angled short bristle brush to help you follow the shape of your brow. Make sure you trim the long brow hairs with a spooley brush by combing the brow hair straight, and keep the brush in place at the top of your brow. Hold brow scissors in your opposite hand, and snip hairs that extend about the brush. Be careful, cutting too much can flatten your arch. If possible, when shopping for a brow powder or pencil, test it right on your brows. The natural color of your brows will alter the look of the pencil or powder. You should try to match your hair color. Remember when shopping for products Avon is the place. I would be happy to help you chose the best look for you.
