Beauty 101-Eye Brows

Tweeze your brows right after you shower. Your skin is soft and the hairs pull out more easily. Use a white eyeliner pencil to mark the shape of your brows before tweezing. Slanted tweezers grab coarse hairs better than pointed ones do and are gentler on the skin. Apply brow powder with a small angled short bristle brush to help you follow the shape of your brow. Make sure you trim the long brow hairs with a spooley brush by combing the brow hair straight, and keep the brush in place at the top of your brow. Hold brow scissors in your opposite hand, and snip hairs that extend about the brush. Be careful, cutting too much can flatten your arch. If possible, when shopping for a brow powder or pencil, test it right on your brows. The natural color of your brows will alter the look of the pencil or powder. You should try to match your hair color. Remember when shopping for products Avon is the place. I would be happy to help you chose the best look for you.
